The Application Process

Start Online Submission or Download an Application Form

Fill the Application Form

Fill out all the necessary fields in the form. Ensure you indicate/tick the programme you intend to undertake. Go through the form carefully to ensure no required fields are left out.

Gather the Required Documents

Assemble all the necessary supporting evidence/documents to be submitted with the form to the university. These documents include copies of original certificates, passport photos, result slips, national ID or passport, etc.

Submit the Documents

Submit the form and all the necessary supporting evidence/documents to Kenya Methodist University. This can also be done by dropping the documents physically at your nearest/convenient university branch or by sending them by email through the address, info@kemu.ac.ke or by post office. Payment of application fee. The applicants should pay using

Wait for Feedback

All applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committees of the university and a decision rendered. This decision is communicated to the applicant. Some students may be required to undertake an interview to ascertain their suitability to undertake a programme. This is particularly the case with post-graduate programmes.

Things To Know First

The Common Application is required for students applying to any of KeMU’s Programme. You’ll be able to choose your campus and program s that you are interested.

You will need :

  • Contact information for the counselor or other school representative who will complete your Common Application School Report and submit your official high school transcript.
  • Contact information for one teacher (or two, maximum) who will complete the Teacher Evaluation form.
  • Nonrefundable $50 application fee.
