The successful vendor will provide diverse, high-quality and affordable food and beverage services for students, faculty and staff. The contract period is one year, renewable.

Site visit: Interested bidders should assemble at the Procurement Office, 1st Floor, Administration Block, Main Campus Meru, on 13 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Required submission documents
- A one-page service delivery proposal.
- County Government business permit.
- Valid medical certificates for kitchen staff.
- Certificate of incorporation or registration.
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Current medical, health and food-handler certification for the firm.
- Financial proposal stating monthly rent and utilities in Kenya shillings.
Submission: Responses must be submitted in hard copy and duplicate before 19 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Refer to the official EOI document for the complete requirements and evaluation conditions.
Official Kenya Methodist University procurement notice. Technical evaluation carries 70%, while the financial proposal carries 30%.
