Kenya Methodist University | The future is here

Currently KeMU has campuses in Meru (Main Campus), Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Nyeri and Kisii. In our admissions, we do not discriminate in terms of religion, race, gender, ethnicity or financial background. This has led to great access to higher education by the youth and the hitherto unreached. Up to July 2014, KeMU has graduated 20,641 students who are making a difference in different sectors of the Kenyan economy and abroad. The above notwithstanding, every year we have brilliant students dropping out of the University due to lack of school fees. Majority of the students dropping out are from marginalised and hardship areas in this Country.

It is in this regard that the Kenya Methodist University Alumni Association (KeMUAA) has mobilized its members to initiate the KeMUAA Endowment Fund, which is geared towards mobilizing funds to support brilliant but needy students from marginalised areas, minority groups, the disabled and those without any recourse to other sources of funds, through scholarships.

An Endowment Fund has both an investment and scholarship components to make it sustainable. The money raised will be invested and the proceeds will be used for Students’ Scholarships and University Development.

Kenya Methodist University Alumni Association has an established Endowment fund that was launched on 27th March 2015 at Kenyatta International Conference Center.
