Facilitator
Prof. Satyendra Singh, the facilitator, is the Director of Centre for Emerging Markets, and Professor of Marketing and International Business in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Winnipeg, Canada, and Editor-in-chief of International Journal of Business and Emerging Markets, UK.

He is the author of Market Orientation, Corporate Culture and Business and Business Practices in Emerging and Re-emerging Markets. Prof. Satyendra Singh has a wide experience in the area of marketing and has published in many internationally recognized marketing journals among them Journal of Services Marketing. Prof. Satyendra Singh has also presented papers at international conferences such as American Marketing Association, Academy of Marketing Science, British Academy of Management, European Marketing Academy, among others.


Research Workshop
Tailored for those working in Academia and Research Institutions as well as Students. The training will cover three key topics:

  1. The research process (conceptualization, research methods, sampling, data analysis, reporting and publication).
  2. Coaching on effective data analysis using SPSS.
  3. Advanced Statistical Analysis.
