Deputy Vice Chancellor – Academic Affairs
The Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Academic Affairs oversees the administration, coordination, and development of all academic functions of the university, as well as provides leadership and support for faculty research and teaching. This includes the policies and practices that affect the academic life of the university.
In addition, are the functions for institutional assessment and effectiveness, accreditation requirements and processes, academic planning and institutional research, and the coordination of international partnerships, and agreements
The Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs is the university’s chief academic officer, overseeing the quality of the academic programs and facilities, the success of the faculty and students, and the alignment of campus resources with the university’s priorities and strategic directions.
The Division of Academic Affairs is made possible by the active involvement of many members of faculty, student and staff communities in various committees and working groups, as well as in the Faculties, Schools, and academic departments.
